hey, for anyone new from reddit or elsewhere, you should go set your likes and follows to private!! these don't need to be public, and in fact it's better for your privacy if you turn these off
obviously you do you, but this form of privacy is one of the things that makes tumblr a nicer place than other similar websites like twitter and you should take advantage of that!!
also, go enable the custom theme for your blog. even if you're not going to customize it, this enables your archive, which makes finding old posts way easier
